The date 11th May is well chosen for the race as the time is quite suitable for the Rhododendrons and Magnolia blooms, giving the forest hues of pink and red. The runners will run on the Singalila Ridge which crosses into Nepal many times and the views are set to take the tiredness off your feet, metaphorically, such is the beauty of the region. Runners will see Mt. Everest, Makalu, Lhotse and Kanchenjunga (4 peaks above 8000 meters) during the run.
